Blue light hazards: what are they?

Light in nature is made up of a spectrum of different colors, but different wavelengths appear different colors to the eye. For example, at 600 to 700 nanometers, red light is visible, at 500 to 600 nanometers, yellow light is visible, and blue light has a wavelength between 400 and 500 nanometers.

The shorter the wavelength, the higher the energy, and the stronger the penetration.
